Rotary-Kilns

A rotary kiln is pyroprocessing device used to raise materials to a high temperature (calcinations) in a continuous process. Materials produced using rotary kilns include cement, lime, titanium dioxide, alumina, iron ore pallets etc. They are also used for roasting a wide variety of sulphide ores prior to metal extraction.

We supply burners specially made for kilns with long flame tubes to start the firing at the desired point in the kiln. These tailor made burners can be fired with a wide range of fuels and are highly energy efficient.
