❖ Long term commitment to improve emissions level has been one of the main goals of     combustion concepts. An extensive research & development effort coupled with decades of   experience in combustion technology, we have successfully developed “dual flame technology” to   reduce NOx levels (to meet stringent international standards) along with minimum excess air   levels (O2%) and unburnt (CO).

❖We are proud to to say that emissions from our burners are in line with international reputed     burner manufacturers.

Salient feature of new burner as given below.

1.  Burners with digital burner management system: emission level 3 for NOx: < 170 mg / KWh.
2. Burner with digital burner management system & dual flame technology: Emission level 2 for NOx: < 120 mg / KWh
3. Burner with digital burner management system, dual flame technology & flue gas recirculation (FGR): Emission level 1 for NOx: < 80 mg / KWh

Results are achieved with Low oxygen (O2%) & CO less than 100 ppm.
